Leticia Díaz Rivera is a daughter of Don Manuel Díaz Rivera, a man with a vision who came to Cabo 40 years ago, and founded the first high-end residential community in Los Cabos. She continues the dream of her father and is dedicated to the growth and development of the Pedregal communities in Cabo San Lucas and La Paz as a broker and real estate leader.

Leticia was one of the first sales consultants in all Cabo, she contributed at the creation of strategic alliances with developers and general real estate offices. Under her vision and leadership, many residential communities have been developed.

Leticia is a founding member of Colegio El Camino, Cabo’s first private school and one of the leading educational institutions in the state. Currently, she is Pedregal Realty Sales Director, as well as Coldwell Banker Riveras Broker. Her vision, leadership and professionalism, have helped to place Coldwell Banker Riveras as the number # 1 franchise in Mexico for the past 12 years running.
