Cathy has joined the Coldwell Banker Riveras Team as a licensed real estate broker and is excited and enthusiastic to continue to build her real estate career while living in Cabo.  She was born in California and raised in Hinsdale, Illinois where she spent over 30 years working for a not-for-profit hospital company, the past 18 years of which she was the executive director of the real estate division.  Cathy has extensive experience in conducting real estate transactions and managing a diverse real estate portfolio including property management, buying, leasing, selling, site evaluation, and the design build of general and medical office space.  In addition, Cathy has strong relationship and team building skills with expertise in negotiation and closing acquisitions.

Cathy and her family went on a Spring Break vacation with neighbors in 2002, instantly fell in love with Cabo and has been spending as much time as possible in Lands End ever since.  Cathy bought a home in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas 5 years ago and her dream has now become her reality! Cathy loves the outdoors and enjoys the beach, beautiful sunsets, hiking, swimming, fishing, people, animals and all that the Baja lifestyle has to offer.
